Ok, so if you have read many of my blog posts, you know that I love the Cotton Cuts Puzzle Mystery Quilt (PMQ) BOMs. Well, last spring I gifted my mom a PMQ. I chose a fun bright colorway (that I knew she wouldn’t have chosen), and didn’t tell her – I knew she would love it though, and get as addicted to them as I am… hehehe!
We get swatches of fabrics that will be used,
but that is all until you receive your last clue.
Fast forward to after the surprise of the pink packages showing up in her mailbox, and talking through some of the directions here and there, she got her top together when I was there last and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

Even though she was unsure about the swatches in the beginning, she has now fell in love with them! This quilt is so bright and fun, too! Mom has since gotten this lovely top ready to quilt, but hasn’t quite decided on how to quilt it yet.
