Yellow Block Quilt

So some more bragging of mom’s quilting accomplishments.

This one is made from a mix of yellow fat quarter prints. Cut into blocks and spread out here and there to make this beautiful sun-shiney quilt.

After showing it off to dad and admiring it amongst ourselves, she put it in the wash to finish it off and give it that cuddly quilt feel!

It’s backed with a sheet she had stashed away waiting to be used.

I should’ve taken a close up of the blocks, but there are different bold flower prints, moths (or millers), some stripes, paisleys, and I think a solid here and there. It is so bright and sunshiny!

Didn’t she do a great job?! 🙂
