I received a few photos from a customer of one of my quilts. Very exciting!
I made a rag quilt from a bright and fun geometric fabric and used an orange flannel to back the quilt. It is/was a baby or lap sized quilt, but she had a different use for this lovely and fun quilt!
She was so happy to find my quilt. She had been looking for a bright colored quilt to cover her ottoman and was having a hard time finding a quilt with just the right colors. Her words were “I was so excited when I saw your quilt, that I actually did a little happy dance!” Tell me that doesn’t just make you smile 😀
It was such a great email. I was so happy to know how one of my quilts brought to so much joy to someone that is actually caused a happy dance!
And don’t you just love her rug?!
What a lovely and cozy room, don’t you think? And it looks like someone in the family has their own special creative hobby. The frames on the wall in the corner looks like some kind of medium was used to create the portraits.
