I started this quilt a year or so ago. Got the top finished, then kept looking for just the right color for the backing. When I finally found that, and got the quilt sandwiched, I kept looking and studying the quilt trying to figure out how to quilt it.
I think that is the hardest part of all–trying to figure out the best way to quilt a quilt. I have seen many quilts recently having been quilted using straight lines, so after going back and forth for about a month–I know, I know–I decided that is what I wanted to do.
I love how bright and happy it is!
