This quilt top was found at an antique store by a friend of mine. She thought it was a fun and bright top. We both said how the blocks look like they’ve been drawn and colored with coloring crayons lol!
I went through my stash and found this white sherpa minky. I’ve seen posts where quilts are backed with minky and no quilting is done. So that is what I chose to do with this quilt. Not sure what I think about this method yet. Kindof feels incomplete…
Now that I was able to get some good photos of the quilt–albeit on a windy day lol–I’ll put the quilt out to be used and see how it cuddles and snuggles 😉
I call it the Love Joy quilt because those are the words on the fabric 😀
